Red and dry skin on glans causing peeing difficulty

Hello Everyone

I would like to ask that the dry and red skin on the glans(Its caused by excessive adhesion as my foreskin was stuck to the glans) is tightening the pee whole of penies(I believe).So peeing has become painful since yesterday. The skin get dry a little time after cleaning. I would like to know shall I let it to get dry so that it start to peal itself or keep doing it wet twice in a day. Wish I could post my little angels Picture..It look so small now .Any suggestion will be very much appreciated.

Don't use soap, just plain water every day or two. A bit of smegma is healthy.

Make sure that the raw patches on your glans cannot come into contact with the circumcision cut as otherwise they may fuse and form skin bridges. If necessary push the remnant of foreskin back east time you change the bandages or wash and put some barrier cream (vaseline, Sudocrem or equiv) on your glans to prevent sticking.

Thank you . My biggest concern is going back surgen to get this shit cleaned which I don't want to do as I had already gone under knife twice before. Other thing I noticed that after washing some of that skin get soft and start coming off itself. Wonder if I wash for little extra time it may all clean by itself. Just scared to do as today is only 6th day post op and it may soften the stitches and do more damage than recovery. What are others view on this?
