What has your doctor said about it? Can you not expose your glans when erect?

I just got circumcised a week ago, but my foreskin used to be tight when pulled all the way back. Sometimes more than other times. Eventually it lead to my skin tearing open and then it would heal only to tear again. Drove me nuts. I would try using more lube and see if you slowly progress farther if you can reduce the tightness. Do you have any phimosis issues? If so I would try stretching exercises. I purchased a small kit for like $20 with silicon rings that you can place in your foreskin and allow it to stretch. They actually worked great. Except I would see results and then I would go a little to hard with the love making and it would tear again. Which I would need to wait to heal and then start over again. So now I got cut because I was so tired of dealing with it. Hope this helps
