Innerforeskin sensitive to touch after 7 months in certain area and 2 red spots on innerforeskin

I got cut 7 months ago now because of phimosis, everything has been going fine but recently iv been noticing more and more about a uncomfortable pain on the underside of my penis where the inner foreskin is. Iv quite a loose cut when flaccid my foreskin rolls over the head and when I pull it back after some time the area can be wet and sweaty and touching that part of my inner foreskin is painful, sensitive and uncomfortable, the rest of my innerforeskin is okay to touch at this point and not too sensitive, also iv noticed 2 small red spots in that area and wondering what they could be? Also there is a big bulging vein under my inner foreskin going up to my frenulum area and wondering is that normal? The whole area is very sensitive to touch and feels fragile and has been like this for a while now, could anyone help me thank you, also are you not allowed to post photos anymore? I can't find the option to do so.
