White mark / dry skin on penis head

I'm on 17 days post op, the recovery is going well, i chose gun stapler method, and its already fine right now just waiting for the remaining stapler to fall off.

But i notice on my penis head there is some kinda like white mark / dry skin when im naked for some minutes , it was fine if i wear underwear. is it normal ? pic link attached below

It looks as though the skin is incredibly dry. You could try massaging in something like natural, unperfumed coconut oil or aqueous cream (which you can get from a pharmacy). If you are worried or if moisturising it does not work, you should see your doctor.
