Existing Penis Condition for Years

I too have had a condition that started when I was young around the age of 12 or 13. I noticed one day, the top of the tip of my penis became covered in what looks and feels like sandpaper. It never goes away. It can become more and less rough at times. It typically doesn’t really hurt or anything. I swear it seems like I heard something about this condition in health class many years ago but cannot find what I am looking for while trying to research. I have also been recently tested again for all std’s or sti’s known to man because I just did a general screening. Everything comes back negative. Does anyone know what this may be? It literally looks like sandpaper and has a bunch of small bumps next to each other.

What has your doctor said about this? Has a referral to a dermatologist been suggested?

My doctor and dermatologist have seen it before and didn’t even say anything about it. I went to a sexual health clinic as well and had someone inspect it in general, and they didn’t say anything about it either.

If you told them what was worrying you and they have not found a health problem then, perhaps, all is well.
