Phimosis and Irritation:

Advice please. I've got a tight foreskin (phimosis) and a ulcer that is healing but looks scarred and irritation. Any advice would he great.

Firstly , how do you know it's an ulcer ? Have you gotten treatment for it ? What was it's cause ? And for the tight foreskin have you met with any doctor yet ? If no for all , you should meet a doctor and get evaluated for the ulcer treatment and for the tight foreskin . A general surgeon would be best in my opinion to handle these types of scenarios . It resemble an ulcer but I do get smegma with my phimosis and I will but I can't see a GP at the moment due to Covid-19.

Okay whatever the case , it's still best to meet with a doctor when you can . Ulcers may progress or scar if they involve the deeper layers . Having smegma is not good. If you are able to retract even a little of your foreskin when flaccid , keep washing the glans and don't allow smegma to collect or crust . Also don't allow it to touch your meatus or your hands to go anywhere near the meatus/urethral opening . If you are able to I think even am online surgery consult could help you out alot till you can meet the doctor . All the best !
