6 weeks and I have small bumps from where the stitches were. Is this normal? When erect the parts where the stitches were gets red.

When I get boner the parts where the stitches were get red but don’t bleed. There’s small lumps, will they smoothen out?

In between where the stitches were? I had a couple of those. They disappear but I can’t remember the time scale. It wasn’t overnight.
