My foreskin sticks

Its nothing serious or anything but does anybody know what to do if part of my foreskin attaches to the bottom of the head when pulled back. Only hurts a bit when i try and pull it off. Don't know if it makes sense

If you are talking about the under side of your penis, the shaft is attached to the glans by the frenulum. See commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/...

Short frenulum bends the head down when hard. That could be sometimes painful. Situation is called 'Frenulum breve'.
