Pennis hole

Hey!So I'm 17 years old now. I'll be 18 in December. So I've masterbated a lot. Like I started it from 12 or 13 years of age. Now I have almost left it. But my pennis hole is bigger now compared to when I started. It became bigger when I was like 15 or 16. It was normal for me. But now from last 2 months I've been facing a difficultly. Whenever I pee in washroom and stand to wash my hands, my urine(drops of urine) automatically come out of the pennis. This thing makes me sad. Please help me solving this issue. Please!
