I’m close to 3 after my circumcision and I’ve only a few stitches left but I’ve noticed that there’s like a few lumps/balls on one side of my penis from the stitches . Is this normal ? And if so will they level out over time ?

As long as the skin is all healed, you can help the scar by massaging it with bio oil or something similar.
Yes they should also Massaging with nourishing oil woukd also ensure that you don't get any skin bridges.
