Uncomfortable foreskin dry skin causing blisters?

The ring of skin at the end of my foreskin is constantly dried out and ashy, it then causes my skin to crack and be blistered. Hurts pretty bad, especially when having sex.

I don't know what to do, help!

Shower gel, soaps and some lubricants are known to cause this as they can irritate skin. Just clean your foreskin with warm water in the shower and you should find that it clears up after a few days

It could be as Hidden says but it could very well be an infection - yeast or bacteria. This could be coming from your partner. You should se a doctor or attend a sexual health clinic to get it checked. If it is infected, leaving it will not heal it.
