Zinc Supplements for faster healing

Good day everyone, it’s my 5th day after circumcision and wanted to know if zinc supplements may assist accelerate the healing process. Thank you 🙏🏾

I would use nothing unless prescribed by my doctor. It may be beneficial but always check with your doctor to get the best advice ! My doc told me to just have a good diet and that ntng else was necessary . All the best !

Update: I made considerable research and found that more often than never, zinc supplements were recommended for overall health and are very good with boosting the immune system, so I take two capsules a day, today it’s day 3 of consumption and I shall keep you updated on the progress my post circumcision wound healing.
