Would suggest you to get reviews by your surgeon as soon as you can. Theres a difference between decreased sensation and complete loss of sensation . If it is decreased sensation it may be due to keratinization of the head which is normal . If you have complete loss of sensation z it is best to meet your doc at the earliest . The tightness may also have to be reviewed as well . All the best ;
