I just retracted my foreskin, how long does the numb sensitivity last around the glans?

It usually lasts till the glans is exposed adequately to the surroundings or contact for keratinization to occur. The time period varies but it should be around 2 weeks or so in most . All the best !

Thanks mate I always kept the foreskin over the glans but did it for a dick pic after the girl asked for one with the foreskin pulled back. I quite like it now. The glans was a bit of a purple colour at first but has now changed to a more natural pink. Is that normal?
