Red spot on back of penis. Had rough oral a week or so ago and been using neosporin. Still kinda there and not going away?

So I had rough oral with a girl (teeth kinda got me repeatedly) and didn’t think too much of it. After that I noticed a red spot on the back of my penis. It’s not large, painful or itchy. I’ve been using neosporin and it looks to be working but the skin is shiny and slightly red. Some skin is coming off (looks dried, flaking skin) from healing?

I’d post a photo but it won’t let me here..

Would be best to keep the area moisturised , clean and dry as much as possible . Let it heal and abstain from sexual intercourse or aggravating it with tight clothing. It might resolve on it own very soon. If it does progress however you may need an ointment in my opinion. All the best !

I doubt you will do that again!
