Today starts day 7

Yesterday first day went outside since surgery. Walk funny and penis hurt ...wore boxer briefs. Tried wear tighter underwear but stitches hurt. Night erections weren't too bad. Did drive that was easy but walking with clothes not fun. Think biggest concern peeing still hurts.

Sounds like you are healing well and you are bound to get some discomfort when wearing clothes loose boxers are probably most comfortable until your stitches come out are you not wearing anything when at home as the air helps healing
