Im 24 years old and this is 27 days after, I had a pretty good recovery because I didnt really had swelling or infection, yesterday I stopped using the cream my doctor told me to use, and now Im just letting it dry, I had 25 stiches, now only 7 are still there, my biggest problem is sensitivity in my glans, they're dry and peeling, I dont know if I should use creams to keep it moist or If I should just let it dry, I think I can use clothes but Its really not necessary because Im at home now, so im commando 24/7 lol, erections are now painless too

If you are worried about the sensitivity , you can just give it time and have more contact. More contact with clothes and your hands(clean) while you bath will desensitize the glans . Sleeping naked is fine but it might be better if you switched to loose shorts for the contact . Also if it is dry and peeling , you may want to apply vaseline petroleum jelly or non fragrant non chemical moisturiser on the glans . This may also help with the sensitivity as it did in my case.
