Is there any disadvantage to scar tissue? Apparently it doesn’t do anything? It’s just there to fill in the gap.
Also, is there supposed to be scar tissue on a circumcised penis? If so, where?

There will be some scar tissue at the line of the incision Sometimes it can be a bit hard and that might affect erection.
