Circumcision healing

I recently got circumcised about 5 days ago. I'm seeing around the incision area changing color and something like a pimple came up around that area

Do I have to be worried or is that normal healing of the wound area?

It's probably not a pimple but a blister sort of structure and don't worry about it subisdes over time . Don't try to press on it or burst it . It is most likely the inflammatory reaction to sutures . If it does have a yellow punctum as such , still the same ,don't irritate it or prod it. It should resolve by itself . Keep the are clean and dry ! All the best !

Thank you so much for your advice. Yes it does have that yellowish look and I was starting to think maybe some kind of infection was starting to occur. Should I use salt water also for the wound?
