So I asked DR a lot of questions. Gland is not fully exposed when flaccid. he said, much easier and pain free to get erections(very true).Does not recommend re-cut. Swelling will go down and colour will go back to normal. I kept stitches well moist, and i cleaned as often as possible so very little scarring. Frenulum still itchy and reddish that will get better. All other issues with regards to sex is all in my mind. If your able to perform before theirs no reason why you shouldn't after. As for masturbating ,try different techniques.

yeah, common problem faced by grower with low cut is glans not fully exposed when flaccid.
