6 weeks circumcision

So it’s been 6 weeks all the stitches are pretty much out and now I have to wait for it to fully heal but can I go back to working out ? Just wanna know if sweating is alright again and getting back in shape

Its completely dependent on your own situation but the recommendation is to wait 4-6 weeks before you start exercising or doing anything sexual, you could still have swelling for 6months to a year however shouldn't affect exercising. So if you think everything is healing fine get built my guy

Thank you for the response Zowen yeah I was thinking of waiting another 4 or 6 weeks before resuming just to make sure everything is healed well but I’ve had no problems with my circumcision so I was debating on what to do but this helps allot thank you

Take it easy if you use weights. Start very low and work up - stopping if it feels awkward.

If u have been of exercising, you should slowly work yourself into it anyways. Like if you were lifting 3 reps of 60 pounds you normally would start back with 1 rep of 15 pounds...circumcised or not. Your body will tell you

Yeah I’m waiting awhile before I hit the waits again but right at this moment gonna let it heal more
