Red Lump on Penis Shaft

I have had this red lump appear near the bottom of the shaft of my penis, there is also a smaller one still under the skin slightly higher up.

Would anyone be able to shed any light on what this might be?

How long have you had these marks and did they both appear at the same time?

Probably 3 or 4 months and I don't remember them appearing all at once.

I presume if they have not multiplied or appeared on other parts of your body, they are not infectious.

Have you seen your Dr about this?

No, I haven't. Partly embarrassment and partly because have had to shield for the past 16 weeks. I should be able to rejoin society after 6th August so will see my GP or go to a sexual health clinic
