Hi I’m writing about sensitivity after my circumcision. I was circumcised due to phimosis so my penis was incredibly sensitive it’s been a year now and my sensitivity has gotten lower and lower but I discovered that during ‘the tug of war’ if I only rub my glans after 30 seconds or so it feels ‘burning’ best way to describe it. I think is was due to the fact that I spent 15 years of my life with phimosis. I also noticed that the top of the glans is more sensitive than the lower part the less sensitive as you go down. So two questions. 1 is this healthy and normal and 2 is there a way to desensitise my penis or will I just have to wait. Also want to remind that the ‘burning’ isn’t a serious issue it’s just something I would like to understand.

To be honest , sensitivity does remain in some individuals and that becomes bearable. Burning sensation however doesn't seem right . Does this burning sensation come in other times and was it present from the start after your circumcision ? Also are you using enough lube ? It may just be due to too much friction . Cheers !
It was from the start of my circumcision because that sensitivity was unbearable but I used to ‘tug’ with the remainder of my skin and it only reached the bottom part of the glans as I didn’t have lube back then. The burning is just over sensitivity compared to the other part of the glans. But I think you are right about not using enough lube
But is there a way to naturally desensitise my penis I would rather last longer than have more pleasure. Anything to please the missus!
May I know when you were circumcised ? Generally desensitisation after circumcision happens over weeks and for some it is retained but definitely becomes bearable. For some very rare cases , they might need further ointments but in most cases just contact with surfaces and friction causes keratinization leading to desensitisation . For me post circumcision , I was hypersensitive and it was uncomfortable so I used Vaseline petroleum jelly on the head which helped me by a week after application . Also it might not be a bad idea to be a little sensitive =)
