Can anyone help me figure out what this is? It isn’t sensitive to touch or painful but just looks weird and I think it’s occasionally sort of itchy.

I have not - I’m trying to get opinions on whether it is serious or not (the weird flesh colored lump spit that is) I plan on seeing a doctor tomorrow

Fantastic. The doctor will be able to diagnose you. This forum cannot do that. We are not doctors.
It’s good you are seeing a doctor. Burning feelings when urinating are not normal and need to be checked.
