I am day 10 post op and sometimes when I wake in the morning there is a very small amount of dry blood on my penis and there has been an occasion where there has been a fair amount of dry blood after my shower. I have not got continuous bleeding, does this sound normal?

Yes it is normal and should go away in a couple weeks as the wound fully heals
