Today I'm exactly 21 days post circumcision. Everything is healed and dry, but frenulum area still a little bit wet, I guess it's getting drier. My concern is the stitches which have not dissolved. Not even a single stitch came out, and no sign of them dissolving. There're also dry scabs over every stitch. My question is when are stitches likely to dissolve and come out and is it advisable to pull them out myself and if it is, how do I take them out myself?

Wouldn't worry much !They will come out by themselves or get absorbed by your skin. If they are knots , you can unravel them but I would definitely suggest against pulling them out by yourself. What helped me was warm water bath twice a day and soaking . Soaping and warm water helps in the lysis of the sutures and they will drop off in no time. If your stitches persist beyong 5-6 weeks , get it removed by your doc !
Ps my stitches lasted till end of 3-4 weeks. If your are soaping and bathing , the scabs will drop off along with the sutures . Don't worry !
