It's my 4th day after ZSR Circumcision, there's bit swelling near the ring at left side of penis. My surgeon told me to use icepack to numb that swollen area. He told me to wear bandages tightly for next 3 more days. I tried to wear bandage tightly but somehow I end up applying it loosely. Can someone help me about how I can apply tight bandage down there.
Thanks in advance

First clean your hands with soap and have the items ready . Clean gauze , tissue plaster and if necessary antibiotic ointment (if prescribed by your doc) . Keep all open and once you clean your hands , take a gauze and roll it around the incision site allowing a generous amount to be on the shaft and it's okay if it overshoots beyond your penis tip. Start rolling from below upwards while holding one end and roll it snugly and not too tight such that it's painful or you cannot pee.
Have cut tissue plaster ready and just attach it . If you want it even tighter or snug , you can try rolling a gauze into a thin rope like structure and tie it around the incision site like how you generally tie knots (not too tight) and then use another gauze to tie it like I said above to hold the inner gauze in place .
Alternatively and best would be to go to a clinic to get it done. Hope you understood !
I left it on tight for just a few days then did kind if a snug wrap for a day or 2 then went to a light wrap until most of the stitches dissolved because it hurts when those stitched areas touch anything at all so i kept it wrapped until most of it went away. The swelling can go down pretty quick just try to reduce erections to only the morning time and take all your antibiotics until gone. Use ice when able but wrapping it does help a lot. Light is ok if it feels better because you also don't want to irritate the area too much. So a light wrap with ice is a great combo.
you might want to search for elastic bandage to put on top of regular gauze, that way it will wrap tightly.
That's how I did mine. At first the staplers gave me pain and discomfort during bandaging, but I got used to it after several wrappings.
