Crotch rash

Hoping someone can help me. Iv got a rash either side of my ball sack but larger on the left side. It’s quite itchy, dry and bumpy. I’m assuming it’s from a mixture of sweat, heat and friction from walking (recently got a dog). Any idea what I can do to get rid of it and prevent it in the future? I currently wear tight fitting boxers and usually my shorts are skinny/tight too, don’t know if that may be part of the cause too.

I would suggest you switch to loose fitting shorts for a while to let air circulate - sweat will only make it worse. And you’ll need to apply a readily available, over the counter, anti fungal cream a few times each day too.

Loose fitting underwear will be great and possibly antifungal cream. Air it out as much as possible
