My ring did not fall completely as its the 20th day after surgery what should i do ..i have shared my healing pic..is it okay?

just got mine cleared yesterday.

The staplers was not fall off all at once, the base of penis near frenulum area was the last to fall after I carefully pulled it off.

yours is healing better than mine, shouldn't be a problem. You could snip that already fell proportion of silicone with sanitized scissor.

The safest way is to make a trip to your surgeon and let him pull out the rest of the staplers.

my surgeon said me that he will remove the ring if it did not fall

We seem to be seeing an increasing number of cases where the staple ring has not fallen out in the expected time. This seems to be a weakness of the ZSR method.

As xsocut has suggested, you can cut off that part of the silicone ring that has already come loose so that the staples don't snag in underwear, etc.

Did your surgeon say how long the ring should take to come out? It may be worth having a word with him soon for increased comfort and to ensure it doesn't get trapped inside healing skin.
