Help me identify these

I noticed some tiny pimple like growth on my foreskin. It’s visible when the skin is stretched. Tiny small growths. For me it looks like fordyce spots but I’m not sure if it’s the case. I don’t have pain or any irritation or itching .anyone knows what it is or how it’s caused?

Fordyce spots mate, I have the same but if concerned go to gp or sexual health clinic

No cure mate but they are harmless, they won’t go away I’m had them for years
