Any idia what it could be had since 2 surgery

I know I should lnt be posting dick pics I thought how else would u know what I'm talking about I'm just would like some advice on this can't go to docs or anything yet sadly and had this for so long before I was just passing it off as it be gone soon still recovering but I'm just little worried about it shaft skin bunches up like that ruining my erection length and confedence

How long ago did you have the surgery?

First one in oct then ad infection few weeks later in hospital and had to get 2 cirm to kill it

It could scar tissue under skin and take time but I know it does but it really puts me down cuz it not allowing my full erection as u can see the skin on shaft
