post circucision - cleaning and bandage process - please advice brothers

I am really worried about post circumcision bandaging . Please advice

1. When removing the bandage for the first time how do I carefully remove it ? I dont want the stitches to pop out. Does it pain bad when you remove it for the first time ?

2. How to clean the wound ? Do I use just saline water and cotton to clean it

3. How often should I keep changing the bandage ? I am planning to go to a clinic to change my bandage every time as its very close to my house and also I am scared if I might do something wrong .

Any advice will be extremely helpfull.

Did you not receive any info from your doc on how they want you to take care of it?

Get some topical lidocaine on hand. Just let soap run on it. Dry it off gently and do that every day. Don’t be rough with it. Keep Vaseline around the entire wound and wrap it firmly but not too tight. That’s what I did. Make sure the head is exposed and that the skin doesn’t roll over it.

As advised by my urologist, i stood in shower and ran water over it while carefully unwrapping it, i have antibacterial soap to use. I wasnt meant to rebandage after that, i went in for a check up a couple of days after and he reapplied a bandage as i still had light bleeding and same process to remove the bandage the following day. Been cleaning since with cotton ear buds and the special soap with warm water. For me it did hurt both times to remove the bandage (very slowly and with lots of water). Many people on here seem to be rebandaging often where as i was advised not to, see what your urologist advises as they are the professional
