Frenulum feels hard

Hey guys so its been almost two or about 2 months since i did my circ...now that im healing i have notice my frenulum feels a bit hard....is rhat normal or is that how its suppose to feel?.....

Also around my scarline is hard and i find it kinda odd ..should i be worried or any ideas?

Are you massaging the scar area with something like bio oil or coconut oil to help lessen the scar?
