I was wondering if anyone has experienced a case where attempting to retract for exercising/testing for phimosis cure progress, that the foreskin gets stuck partway down the glans (say midway) and doesn't fully or properly cover back the glans in this partially stuck state. Or in another case, the foreskin fully retracts past corona when flaccid, with effort, but on pulling back up, part of the foreskin base/tip doesn't restore, so while you have enough foreskin to pull up to start covering the glans, it doesn't fully & normally cover up the glans - at this point though, you may not be swollen enough to have actual paraphimosis.
In the partway way case, if you have enough foreskin you can't tell it's partly stuck other than the unusual feeling around the glans or that the retract and unretract motion looks slightly off. In the other mentioned case where it's stuck by corona, it just looks funny after you unretract like you've succeeded in fixing phimosis and now more of the glans is exposed than before (big hole vs old tiny pee hole).
Both cases happened to me, unfortunately, I didn't take much photos/videos at the time or ones that are good enough to demonstrate the problem visually. Luckily, it didn't turn into real paraphimosis, because I didn't let it get that far by going erect for long, etc.
In hindsight, the partway stuck case might be fixable by gently but forcibly retracting further past corona, then retracting back either normally if that works or by doing the tug & push method against the foreskin + glans that is mentioned as home remedy for paraphimosis.
But for me when it stuck partway, I was scared to try retracting further and instead used the steroid cream I was using for the phimosis, applying it around where it was stuck, and that helped it after some time to loosen up and fix itself without me doing anything. But unfortunately, this happened to be twice, and the 2nd time, I didn't realize it was stuck partway until it was too late and ended up bruising my glans a bit when I went for a checkup with my urologist after I had fixed it myself. The first time it stuck partway was when I was having "dry" sex with my partner and the rubbing got it stuck there since the skin was loose enough to retract further but not enough to go all the way down when erect. It seems to me phimosis can be dangerous for dry sex if this were to happen to others - it makes me wonder if it can be dangerous for normal sex and uncareful masturbation as well.
In the case where it stuck past the corona, I managed to restore with some coconut oil lubricating the retracted foreskin and pulling it back up. Initially when doing that, not all the foreskin came back up, hence the weird state it got in. Seems like for some people, it doesn't pull back up all that easily, like there's a technique to it - my urologist did it for me like it was no problem, it's much harder for me to do myself I guess until one gets used to it. I think in my case, part of the foreskin is still rather tight, hence for retracting, as it doesn't retract when erect. But the steroid cream loosened it enough to retract when flaccid with effort, but still kinda tight at base of corona.
So thus goes my long post about this, as I haven't found anything about partial type paraphimosis online and wanted to see if anybody else experienced similar to me before - and if not, thus serves as insight for others in case this might happen to anyone else.
