huge bulky nerve under the skin after circumcision..

it's the 19th day since i got circumcision , but there is a tight bulky nerve in the skin of my penis, with sometime hurt when the i retract the skin , and also it doesn't looks good at all, it is very hard and doesn't seems normal as well , will it ever heal back to normal or is it a complication ?

Are you sure it is a nerve? Usually you cannot see them.

what else can it be? it is creating difficulty in pulling my skin back, some says it's the nerve which doctor cutted during the operation and will get back to normal after some tym , but it's almost 3 weeks after the operation , and i don't see a difference in it .

I think it could be tied blood vessel. A suture will dissolve by itself.
