How long ago were you circumcised?

The head of a circumcised dick is always dry and rough because it is always exposed and rubs against your clothing. The foreskin covers the head and keeps it soft and moist; the head will also be more of a warm pink color. You might want to put a little moisturizer on the head and inner skin from time to time.
