If your wound is completely healed then it is possible to try. You must not go at it vigorously or you risk tearing the delicate new skin. It really is worth waiting a while longer so as to lessen the risk of complications which could make the healing process longer.

My Dr told me 6 weeks to allow full healing. Whatever you do, try not to put stress on the healing incision.

look mate I did a mistake by masturbating just in the third week , the stiches were not even gone completely by that time , i did it with so little strocks but still some stitches broke and resulted in looking like a bit unfinished business. like , anyway ... I'm fine now , my penis is also fine actually. but I'd suggest you not to masturbate until the stiches are completely gone . and sensitivity will last until you'll stop noticing about it. i mean it'll be gone in like 1-2 months maybe ,idk cuz i just got used to it and the next time i noticed about sensitivity , it was pretty much gone , (the unbearable sensitivity) . wearing loose cloths and keeping your penis moisturized by oil or Vaseline etc will help. don't keep it dry otherwise you'll end up having a dry glans and keep it clean until it completely heals and the sensitivity is gone , ! now I'm not active here on this site anymore because I don't need it you know , but still if you got any queries , I'm not a doctor myself but i can share my experience with you . you can find me on Instagram @_you_should_die_ , I'll be happy to help .
