Hello so I’m an 18 year old male. My penis skin can’t go over the head because the skin is tight. Can pull back a little but not fully because of its attached. Literally know nothing about it. When I’m hard the skins stays where it is and when the skin is pulled back whilst wanking it hurts. I touched my Bellend once and it was sensitive. Not had sex due to this so not sure what to do. Any help would be great

You need to go to your doctor who will investigate what the exact problem is and then discuss treatments.

I would go to the doctor, I been retracting since I was young so if you didn't do it a lot at a young age that is why. Sometimes it s hot/warm bath you can slowly retract until you get you get use to it and the skin stretches. But if its painful I recommend going to the doctor.

Try warm bath and retracting it couple of times for atleast a week it will be okay.
