I don't know yy the penis shud be facing up.. But is it wrong if I leave it to face down because after circumcision, the threads hurt and its difficult keeping it up

Holding the penis in an upright position pist operation helps the fluids to drain and the swelling to ease.

But wat if it us hard to hood it up becoz of the stitches piercing and the discomfort of the head on the sharp shaved pubes

Don't hold it up then, it's okay. They say it's good to hold it up if you have swelling. The threads pierce only when they are dry. So keep them drenched in antibacterial ointments, like soframycin. Check my post, I've had the same experience as you. The doctors didn't use a cloth based thread, but the good thing about these piercing type thread is that they are really good to remove. Don't worry, hang on.
