If your doctor is happy with your penis then that is good. You are only at day 2! Are you following the aftercare instructions of your surgeon?

Your doctor would have said if you have a problem. Your penis is almost certain not to look good at only day 2. No reason to worry.

The body’s response to injury — that’s what surgery is; a controlled injury— is to send blood and lymph etc into the area. Swelling is the natural reaction. If your doctor (who has presumably performed circumcisions before) says it’s fine, then just relax and take care of it. Take some time to look at this forum; I have seen multiple circumcisions that initially looked significantly worse than yours at first and ended up healing spectacularly. You’ll have no real idea of what the long term outcome is gonna look like for a while.

If the doctor said it’s okay then you don’t need to worry. Healing is a process not an event. It takes time.
