I have many lines and wrinkles all over my penis head and the ring. It looks bad. Should i be concerned and how can i solve this ?

But i am not applying any moisturizer

Some guys here use coconut oil on their circumcised heads. Worth a try?

I think this is quite normal when your penis is flaccid, I have the same. They should disappear when you get hard as the head stretches them out .

When its hard the head stretches them out but not all of them and it seems un normal wether its hard or specially if its not

Try moisturiser for a bit then. But if you remain concerned then check with your doctor. Good luck.
