Very dry, rough, and tight foreskin! HELP

Hey guys,

I am 23 y/o

Foreskin of my penis has become very dry and rough lately. I am very worried about this. I guess it started with a small rash and I believe in my sleep I scratched it a couple times and it developed a couple of very small scars and burning sensation. Now, my foreskin is very tight as well. When I try to pull back the foreskin, It hurts badly.

Over the last 3-4 days, It has been very worrying to me. I have read quite a lot of articles and my case looks closely related to either balanitis or phomosis, but I'm not sure.

I know I need to visit a doctor but, I wanted to see if it is a major issue since I am already 23.

Hi yes as the other guys say go see doc you could invest in coconut oil it's very good but go see the doc good luck
