I will soon be three months from my circumcision. At the moment I have not noticed much improvement. In a flaccid state I notice that the scar is now more elastic and I can move it further away from the glans, however in erection I still have problems. The scar is still stuck under the glans without mobility.
I have read in this forum that people cannot get full erections due to the tenseness of the operation. At the moment I see it as normal, in fact I have the feeling that it is now even bigger. My problems with erections are due to the hard cord that the scar has inside. In erection it remains fixed under the glans and strangles my penis, and when it is erected 100% it is painful. It is as if the scar is narrower than the penis and cannot cope with the diameter. Have any of you had this happen to you? Do you think that in time that cord will disappear? any advice for it?

Is having a low and tense style related to having a hard and narrow scar? that is, if they had made me a loose style, would I not have these problems with the scar? or is it independent?
I think it's if the doctor puts the sutures too tight and too many. I'm not sure though. But with glue it seems much rarer getting a thick raised scar.
Hey, man, you can check my only one post in my profile. There are pics. I have the same issue, but I just started my 6th month post operation. You know we are all different, so it depends on your organism, but in each case just be prepared to have this issue for the next couple of months. IDK if this will happen, maybe you can recover faster, but just have it in mind. Some guys have swelling and this white "cord" even one year after the surgery.
I am still struggling with the problem. Maybe we have to consult with our doctors, but by me it's not possible to make an appointment due to the lockdown. One thing I know for sure - massaging the place will eventually help. Maybe the process will be slow, but we cannot just stay and wait for miracles. We have to contribute for the result, so my advice is to start massaging/stretching the area somehow. You can use some bio oil/gel for making the massage easier. I do this 3 times a day (twice with steroid cream and once with aloe gel).
Thanks Mengele. I've already seen your photo. I have a similar case, with the difference that my scar is almost attached to the glans . I give myself twice a day rosehip oip but without steroid cream at the moment. .. my doctor will see me in a month and I will wait to see what he tells me. As for the massages, how do you do them? Do you directly massage the scar? During how much time?
Another problem I have is that I am a grower, and my doctor hardly consulted me. It's getting really hard situation...
Has the steroid cream been prescribed by your doctor or are you on your own? Are you noticing improvement?
Yes, I directly massage the whole place around my glans (the scar and the swollen area). Firstly I start very gentle and then I put some pressure. By massaging it the skin is also stretching much, which is very well for the scar to recover faster. In general you can decide how to do it and how much time to spend on this. The most important thing is that there should not be any hard pain.
Regarding the steroid cream - I learned about it from one post here in the forum. It was not prescribed to me by doctor. I just decided to try it. For now I cannot say if there are better results, because I started using it 5 days ago, but I will keep using it for a month at least.
Regarding the aloe gel - also not prescribed by doctor. A man from another local blog (in my country) advised me to try it. I used it for a month and I keep using it. Maybe there is a little bit improvement, but I hope in combination with the steroid cream it will give nice results.
Thanks for the tips. I will get to it. Let's see if we improve with time and bring good news. In a month (I will do 4 months from the operation) I have an appointment with the doctor. I'll tell you what it says.
