hard scar?

been 5 weeks since I’ve been circumcised on the nhs due to phimosis.

Surgeon also removed frenulum and now after 5 weeks everything feels fine, no pain but the scar on the underside is quite hard? Does it soften up or stay like that, I’m abit worried 😧

it will soften and bumps will slowly go… but takes time. Try something like contractubex for the scar?

Maybe 6-12 months before you feel scarline is normal again

Contractubex is what I’m using. I have just been using it for a couple of weeks and know that it will take quite a few months, but I’m looking forward and excited to see the outcome.

It's been 6 months now and I am still adjusting. But i luv the feel now.

don’t get me wrong, it’s been just over 5 weeks for me and I don’t regret it at all.

Only thing I’m concerned about is I plan to have sex next week and if she gets weirded out by the scar.

How long did yours take to settle?

Still settling, but it was 2 nearly 3 months before sex was without pain or discomfort but everyone is different just go with caution, remember the stitched area is still soft and new and can easily damage which will put you back to square one, to be honest get use to masturbating first before tackling the big event.

Usual recommendation is to wait six weeks before resuming any sexual activity, so you ought to be fine. Enjoy yourselves and I hope it'll be a happy experience.
