You could try wearing breifs for a while till it settles down more. By the way, how are you going emotionally?

I see a lot of guys on here mention that the scar line is one of the more sensitive/pleasurable parts of the cut, so this could be why. I‘d imagine over time it will become less uncomfortable with boxers etc

(I’m uncut so can’t say from experience)

Also did you have the surgery at the London Clinic with Dr Khan in the end? if so how was your experience

Why are you thinking of having it done? And no mine was done on the nhs im coming to terms with it now its been a long mental journey but i dont mind admitting that

I can imagine it being really intense being such a sensitive and personal area, hoping your healing process is getting better man! Hope it’s not affecting you too much mentally.

I’ve been struggling with dryness and tearing on the foreskin, upper shaft and lower frenulum, i’ve been trying different creams over the years but it comes and goes and can be really painful so i’m contemplating the surgery.

Some of the guys here have recommended some products I haven’t tried yet so i’ll give them a go, if i decide to do it I want to go private with Mr Khan so I can choose the cut style and know i’m getting an experienced surgeon

Im not going to tell what to do but if creams irritate it or dont work then the only option you have left is to go see Dr khan ive read up on him he seems legitimate. The thing is yeah ive had 30 years with my dick looking a certain way now after the op i didnt handle it well but im getting there just bare all this in mind .
