It could be an infection of some kind but we cannot diagnose on this forum. You should see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Hi, when you are able you should visit your GP any changes in the your glans or foreskin should be investigated. It could be very early signs of lichen sclerosus are you circumcised?
It's not an emergency to see your GP but as soon as you can you should go it is difficult at the moment but the doctors are working. If it was lichen sclerosus it usually progresses slowly and is more common in uncircumcised men. treatment usually starts with steroid cream. so when things settle down have it checked.
It still needs to be assessed and checked if you have been exposed it would be no harm to go to a STI clinic and get tested. If it was LS it's not a STI it is a skin condition that would need treatment and you can't pass it on to anyone. so best thing to do is to go to your GP as soon as you can.
I think I have same issue as you. Does the white patch a bit scaly or rough. I am told by the GP that this is due to dryness and stop using traditional soap/bodywash etc to clean the penis area and instead start using soap supplement like Hydromol for cleaning. I am yet to try using it. Please keep me posted on.
Did u visit expert? Hope you doing well... there are so many conditions cause this... in this forum they diagnose only LS ... lol.. don’t panic and visit experts and get treatment...
Hello Sameer19. Have you seen your GP yet? Do you have any white patch on your glans around the opening as well or just those too little patches as shown on the picture? If the patch on your shaft/foreskin is dry and rough on touch it well might be BXO now known as LS (lichen sclerosus). Don't delay your visit at your GP and see the doctor asap.
