Circumcission success stories
Even if other people say they're fine doesn't mean you'll be fine. I have two friends who did it and they say they're fine whereas I'm regretting having it done and I've heard plenty of other people regret it too. I basically exchanged my prior issues with worse problems.
Yeah i know that man just trying to be positive its sink or swim really
There are many circumcision stories in the pages of the forum. Some of them are extremely positive and the guys concerned have had a good experience of recovery and new function. Others are very negative and those guys are now living with problems they never expected to have.
I guess there are learning points. We are all different. Surgeons do variable work. Absolutely no surgery is without any risk. As with many things in life, all these things need to be put into a balance to determine for ourselves whether we are happy with the uncertainty and risk and whether possible good outcomes are worth those risks and uncertainties.
Of course, the presence of something like phimosis or lichen sclerosis might make taking more risk acceptable. Without any medical problem, it is like any cosmetic surgery - do you need the surgery so much that it far outweighs the risks.
Have a wander around the forum and see the postings of guys who have lived experience taking the risk.
I was circumcised 9 years ago. Even tho I didn't have problems before, it improved sex. My orgasms are far more intense and the build up is far more pleasurable as I can linger on the edge. I couldnt do that before. My only regret was not being circumcised sooner.
When your partner touches you're hand and kisses you do you stil get a boner?
Definetly
Hi, I find it much better now it is different and it does take a little while to adjust it could take up to a year before for everything is healed. I also find the build up and orgasms are much stronger and I last that bit longer which is great before it was just too quick it was like my glans were too sensitive. i still get boners when I am looking at something nice or somebody touches me in an intimate way. it also looks cleaner and you don't have that smegma cheese anymore which makes bj easier to get 😊 you will have good and bad Story on this forum most guys who don't have any problems probably won't be on this site. In your case I think it's still early days for you and you need to give it more time it does take a bit of adjusting and getting used to it. I hope this helps you in some way keep positive Man 👍🏻
By the way, you might find it helpful to join the "inter-circ" group on the "groups.io" website. Mostly blokes cut as adults sharing their stories.
That site dont exist anymore man
I'm on it right now! The old yahoo groups stopped so they moved over to groups.io
Fair enough but i think one health forum is enough for me
Fair call!
I’ve been circumcised for more than 20 years and I’m very pleased to have had it done and I don’t regret it at all. I think that my penis looks better with the head permanently exposed and I have had lots of positive comments from sexual partners. I also like the fact that my penis is easier to keep clean and that I no longer get smegma.
Why did you undergo the procedure? Sex feels good? What style? Do you have your frenelum? Would you say your glans or inner foreskin gives you more pleasure?
I had a tight foreskin which made sex uncomfortable and sometimes painful - but it now feels amazing. I’m cut quite loosely but am thinking of having a revision to make it a little neater and tighter. I don’t have my frenulum, it was removed along with my foreskin and I wasn’t given a choice about whether to keep it. I would say my glans gives me the most pleasure but my remaining inner foreskin is very sensitive too.
I have no idea what ive been left with it annoys me
Just wait and see. I got really depressed and still am. I'm feeling a little better now but I still regret it. All you can do is do research and try to help others that are about to undergo the procedure. Also talk to your doctors about your disappointment. If patients don't give their opinion they'll make the same mistakes over and over again.
Could you of lived with the problem you had?
Has it worked for you?
