So i figured the frenulum takes a little longer to heal but i am finding that it is still moist and slightly bloody....is this normal ?

I would wrap it when i go to work but then it dries and peels off aroung my penis head and i am unsure if its the soaking baths that causes it to sray moist ..any ideas ?

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but if you just cover the wound with a dry gauze. The new fragile skin will peel off every time you take it off. You need to use some non-adhesive dressing or use paraffin gauze like 'Jelonet' under the dry gauze.
