I woke up with this purple spot on my dick. It has very mild pain when pressed or bent. Im wondering if this is permanent or what it might be?
How to go about treatment? I dont think its serious enough to see a doctor.

There appears to be a small lesion at the centre of the purple mark. I would see a doctor or sexual health clinic to get a diagnosis.
