Painful tight frenulum when erected after 20day post op

Am on day 20 of post OP & all stiches are gone,no pains at all except painful frenulum when my penis erected and becomes very tight, is it going to be okay along the way or maybe after 6 weeks?

It's very hard to say. We all will heal in a personal way and speed. Frenulum area normally heal last. In my experience I'm not fully healed after 3 months post-op. Scar line is still more tender than inner foreskin before the op. But scar is softer than a month ago.
